Services and packages
We provide the services in the package you choose, as described on our Packages page at the time you sign up. Work outside your package is quoted before it starts.
Fees and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The setup fee is payable before setup begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month. Third-party costs outside your package (for example extra mailboxes or premium domains) are quoted first.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
